Nice place to stay, comfort is excellent, within walking distance to shops, eating places etc.

location and environment

no drinking water supply, the kettle and water container given very old and dirty, i think that will damage the image of the resort. insecure for the ground floor guests, because when the window open is easy for villian crawl in.

The location was very nice, nearby and convenience.

The room was very stuffy, especially the room with the inner window. It is as though no air coming in. Other tenants were very noisy, even after complaining to front desk, nothing was done about it. The engine of the bus was kept running making the stuffy room full of co3, impossible to breathe.

The resort is simple and its so quiet ,nice to relax . If the hotel restaurant or bar with karaoke is completed on the renovation, its the ideal place to stay .

Convenience, near to pasar malam, clean, reasonable price, good service

The floor is too cold, have to bring own slipper. No fan & lift, have to carry heavy stuff up to second or third floor....

The locality was strategic. Walking distance to town center. Good panoramic view of Brincang.

The toilet was not properly equip with bathing utilities. Its looks cheap having bath shower gell in a plastic bottle ( macam hotel chowkit road). The sump for water outlet for Room 304A had drainage problem. Used water keep resurfing becos of drainage problem. You have to bath outside of the shower area to avoid wading in the dirty used water. The hot water was problematic. Kejap ada kejab tiada. It's very damaging & detrimental for a Resort of a good locality but when its comes to toilet & bath room it's just deplorable. Do something about it if not it's going to be touch & go. Once bitten twice shy. The hot water at level 3 was out of order. It just do not make sense. No urgency to take immediate remedial action to tackle the problem. Clients had to walk down stairs to other levels to fill their flask. What a shame & a nuisance. These are my concerns when staying there for the first or probably ............... time. Regards.

The location so excellent near the town.

The logde so un hygene,poor service from the staffs.no shower.no water for whole day and inform staff ask us to move to other room ,there also no water so difficult with young children.the money they charge not worthy at all.defitely strongly will not recond to any of my friends or family member.so up set with their service and facilities.no dining table to take dinner or lunch.

strategic location and value for money.nearby to all the attraction places and definitely will stay there again.

the bed was excellent but quite smelly and please provide more hanger for the cloths and need more privacy since people outside can hear what we're doing inside the room since the wall are so thin.

The staff are very helpful and friendly,the parking space are very convenient.suitable for budget travelling!

The room(deluxe double room) at lower ground floor level can't detect the wi-fi signal

Bed cleanliness need to further improve!

Location and feeling like home coming.

The hotel need some upgrading especially the rooms and bathrooms. The walls need to repaint as it looks getting old. The bedding need to change as well, feel like sinking when in the bed!! Actually I stay in this hotel almost every year end, hope to see it getting better the next round I go again! To the rest of the staffs ,, keep up the good job.!

Easy parking.. nothing more..

We hate almost everything about the hotel.. the room stinks.. service not friendly.. not worth money.. totally not suggested to anyone.. booooo...
